Manipulating Inventory

It's important to keep your inventory as up-to-date as possible. Access to the product file is accomplished using the product lookup. You can change dates, prices, quantity breaks, and any other information in your product record. When adding a record, you must assign a unique 16 character number to each product or service.

Add

Click the add button in product lookup.

Change

Click the edit button in product lookup.

Delete

Click the delete button in product lookup. Products may only be deleted if:

There is no on hand quantity.
There is no committed quantity.
There is no on order quantity.
