How to change the tax rate on a sale

**Assumptions: Selling screen is present.**
Step	Keys to press	Result
1	+	Press both keys at the same time. A window prompting for the tax rate will appear.
2	7.25	Enter the tax rate percentage then press enter. The tax rate will change and the tax for all taxable lines is recomputed.
